Trey Mills records pair of a Top-10 finishes with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Swainsboro
Making his first stop of a month-long road trip, Trey Mills followed the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series to Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway for the Southern Showcase doubleheader.
With 29 Late Models checked in for the $5,000-to-win opener, Mills qualified third-fastest in his group which automatically locked him into the 30-lap shootout where he finished just outside the Top-5 in sixth.
With the field elevated to 35 entries on Saturday, Mills ran runner-up in his heat race which placed him on the fourth-row for the $20,000-to-win finale. With 50-laps to work with, Trey brought back a Top-10 finish in seventh.
Trey is currently fourth in the HTFSDS point standings.
