Mills visits All-Tech Raceway for Florida Dirt Nationals

Trey Mills made the short trip to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Friday afternoon to enter his Mills Concrete No. 14 Super Late Model into battle with the XR Super Series. With 38 Late Models on hand for the two-day Florida Dirt Nationals, Mills laid down the ninth-fastest time in his group before placing ninth in his heat. Needing a third-place finish or better in his B-Main to make the opening night feature, Trey fell short with a 10th-place outing.

On Saturday afternoon, Mills’ ninth-place finish in his heat race relegated him into the B-Main. Locking the Top 3 into the $50,000-to-win finale, Trey was an early retiree from the 12-lapper.
